In orchards grown in dense rows, where trees are formed properly, the best solution for picking fruits are FELIX and FELIX Z harvesters. The technology of collecting fruits with a FELIX and FELIX Z harvesters is based on a vertical shakers harvesting system. The fruits are falling on the conveyor and are being transported through the cleaning unit, where they are being thoroughly cleaned off impurities including: leaves and little sticks. Effective sealing system eliminates fruit losses.
Depending on the fruit’s designation market and on the final-customer’s requirements, fruits can be harvested into small boxes of 10-20 kg or into large 500 kg boxes.
Depending on the harvester type, the boxes can be unloaded from the working platform with a forklift, by the use of hydraulic lift or rollers.
