The Scania R OE 1485648 - Holset turbocharger is driven by the exhaust gases of the combustion engine, which flow through the turbine rotor and are further expelled through the exhaust system. Through the shaft, the rotational motion of the turbine rotor is transmitted to the compressor rotor. This, in turn, compresses the air that enters through the intake and filter.
